DUCKS is seeking a History/Humanities teacher. The successful candidate will have outstanding knowledge and understanding of under 3s education and have at least three years’ experience of leading and managing a team of early years educators. The Toddler House at DUCKS consists of 48 children aged 2-3 years old, with an adult-child ratio of 1-4. The teaching group within Toddlers consists of three lead teachers and nine Assistant Teachers, with four auxiliary staff also supporting within the environment. The Toddlers follow a dual language, play based approach to learning and enjoy the benefits of a highly resourced, age specific facility offering both indoor and outdoor learning environments.
Dulwich College Shanghai Pudong has 1620 students aged 2 – 18 and offers the English Early Years Foundation Stage Framework, the English National Curriculum, International GCSEs and the IB Diploma Programme with outstanding results.

Whilst we follow the EYFS in Early Years, our play-based, dual language approach takes the best aspects of pedagogical practice from other countries. In Key Stage 1 we follow the English National Curriculum with additional programmes such as Talk for Writing, Philosophy for Children and Maths no Problem to enhance the curriculum offered. Our age specific facilities and resources enable us to provide an outstanding education to a wonderful student body, creating a warm and welcoming community in which to live and work.
