We seek an experienced and dynamic teacher to lead the English department into its next phase of development. Teachers with IB experience are particularly welcome to apply. We offer an enhanced Key Stage 3 curriculum, English Language and World Literature IGCSE and English A at IB diploma level. The new Head of English will inspire their team and sustain our outstanding academic success at IGCSE and IB diploma level by focusing on best practice in teaching and learning in a well-resourced and collegiate department. The ability to make a significant contribution to the senior school curriculum leadership team is also essential. Established in 2005, Dulwich College Beijing (DCB) is a reputable international school, home to over 1,550 students aged 2 to 18, and is accredited by ISI, HMC, IB, CIS and WASC and regularly reviewed by our founding school in London, Dulwich College, as well as Dulwich College International. The College comprises three schools: Early Years, Junior School and Senior School, each with its own Head Teacher. The youngest children start with Foundation Stage, while students in Years 1 to 9 study an enhanced English National Curriculum, followed by IGCSE courses in Years 10 and 11 and the well-regarded International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) in Years 12 and 13.
