We are seeking an experienced Primary Homeroom Teacher who is a specialist in Literacy to join our team of dynamic teachers at Beaconhouse Sri Inai International School.

An outstanding, experienced Primary teacher is required for a September 2024 or January 2025 as we embark on the expansion of our highly successful school: Beaconhouse Sri Inai International School, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Beaconhouse is committed to the safeguarding of children and takes its duty of care seriously. All candidates are expected to have an up-to-date UK DBS or equivalent police check, Bachelors of Education or higher, or a Bachelors Degree with a PGCE Certificate. They should also have QTS or ECT status and any other relevant certificates to support their application.

  • Competitive Gross Salary
  • The school/company will take full responsibility for the cost of applying for, and processing employment visas for overseas hiring. The school / company will provide full support to overseas hiring for applying and processing their dependent visas (up to 1 spouse and 2 children below 18 years old).  
  •  One-off relocation allowance is provided for those with first time entry to Malaysia.
  • Up to 10 days, 9 nights stay in a suitable hotel prior to obtaining your own accommodation upon entering Malaysia for the first time.
  • Expatriates are linked with a housing agent before their arrival for them to be assisted with house hunting.
  • Tuition Fee Concession for 2 children studying in the school for expatriate teachers is 2 children x 100%. Tuition Fee Concession is for the payment of or towards tuition fees, Registration Fees, Administration fees only and shall not include the cost of consumables, materials books or any other items such as miscellaneous fees. 
  • Medical coverage is provided for spouse of the expatriate teacher including up to 2 children below 18 years old. All dependents must reside in Malaysia.
  • A joining and repatriation air ticket (economy class) for employee, legal spouse and up to 2 children (dependent and below the age of 18 years old) to their declared hometown, subject to the condition that spouse and child are residing in Malaysia. This is only for inbound and outbound flights for the start / end of employment.
