Year 7 Form Teacher – English, History & Geography
Location: Malaysia
Contract: Full Time | International School | August Start (or negotiable)
An established international school in Malaysia is seeking a Year 7 Form Teacher with the ability to teach English, History and Geography at lower secondary level (Key Stage 3).
This role is ideal for an Upper Primary or KS3 specialist teacher looking to transition into an international school environment and work with motivated students in a supportive, global learning community.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English, History and Geography to Year 7 students (Key Stage 3)
- Serve as a Year 7 Form Tutor, supporting student wellbeing and development
- Deliver engaging lessons aligned with British curriculum expectations
- Monitor and assess student progress using formative and summative assessment
- Collaborate with colleagues to support interdisciplinary learning
- Contribute to school life including enrichment activities and events
Teacher Requirements
- Qualified teacher (PGCE, QTS or equivalent)
- Experience teaching Upper Primary or Key Stage 3
- Ability to teach English plus Humanities subjects
- Strong classroom management and pastoral care skills
- Experience with British curriculum or international schools preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
