Job Description
Masterminds Education is seeking an experienced, innovative, and committed Primary School Teacher for our VIP Program, a micro-school designed for small groups with a maximum of 6 students in each class.
The VIP Program at Masterminds Education caters to an elite clientele, offering a highly personalized and innovative educational experience. It's designed for discerning families who value bespoke education. While the base curriculum is UK, it is significantly enhanced with Masterminds’ proprietary teaching methodologies, as well as best practices from leading international curriculums. This program emphasizes creativity, critical thinking, and personalized learning paths, setting a new standard in primary education for students who seek a unique and enriched learning journey.

Essential Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience working with primary students
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree 
• Passionate about innovative education
• Creative, patient, and enthusiastic
• Eager to contribute to a program at its growth stage, with ample opportunities for involvement and professional development
• Persona should reflect the premium nature of the Masterminds brand
• Exceptional relationship and communication skills
   

Core Responsibilities:

• Act as an ‘advocate’ for the VIP students, overseeing all aspects of their learning and well-being
• Teach small group lessons in English Reading, Writing, Knowledge & Comprehension (additional experience and interest in teaching Science and/or Math would be a plus)
• Planning daily activities in the classroom related to weekly theme and enrichment programs.
• Documenting daily observations and progress of the students.
• Developing and maintaining close relationships with both students and parents.
• Supervising and accompanying pupils to specialist lessons, facilities, and any other activity as required, ensuring child safety.
   

Compensation Structure:

• AED 15,000 – 20,000 per month (tax free), including base salary and housing allowance; defined by slotting based on duration and quality of experience.
• Comprehensive Medical Insurance

• UAE Resident Visa
• End of service benefits: 21 days’ pay for each completed year of service
• Initial Ticket to Dubai and 2 – 4 weeks temporary hotel stay
