Being a state funded International Baccalaureate World School, students at Westminster Academy are expected to study a foreign language all the way through their journeys from Year 7 to 13, and as such our students demonstrate positive attitudes towards learning Languages throughout all Key Stages.
We are looking for a driven and innovative Spanish teacher to join our successful, outstanding and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages team. The department achieves outstanding results at both the GCSE and IB courses and prides itself in its co-operative and collegiate approach to teaching and learning.
The ideal candidate must be able to teach Spanish all the way through to KS5, but an ability to also teach French would also be desirable. The willingness to contribute to extra-curricular activities is also expected. Most importantly, there is a real opportunity to contribute to a team that is making a difference.
