Bilingual (French-English) History and Geography DNL Secondary Teacher

Are you looking for an exciting secondary cover teaching role using bilingual and bi-culture teaching methods? Our school is looking to appoint an adaptable and cultured individual with a good understanding of French.

CFBL‘s education is based on bilingual and bi-cultural teaching methods accredited by the French Department for Education.

We are looking for individuals who are committed, passionate and well qualified with a good knowledge of French and a good understanding of Secondary curriculum of the French Department for Education.

Location: Kentish Town West (Overground) - Kentish Town and Camden Town (Underground)

Contract type: Temporary Cover - 6 to 8 weeks

Working hours: 19 hours per week – 11 hours in French and 8 hours in English as follows:

English: 2 x 2hours to Year 9/10

2 x 2 hours to Year 6/7

French: 4 hours in Year 6/7

7 hours in Year 8/9

Salary: starting from £28,934.00 (pro rata) and more depending on experience

What you offer:

Education National or QTS with experience of the French education system and programmes – Brevet des Colleges

Fluency in French and a good knowledge of English is essential
