Teacher Requirements:

  • A qualified teacher with current (or eligibility for) New Zealand Teaching Council registration.
  • Experienced in Mechanical Engineering, Hard Materials, or STEM education.
  • Confident in applying hands-on, project-based learning to engage students.
  • A clear communicator, adaptable, and committed to continuous professional development.
  • Enthusiastic about preparing students with the skills to thrive in further study, apprenticeships, or engineering-related pathways.
