We are looking for well qualified and inspirational graduate assistants who empathise with the academic
and holistic ethos found in top UK and International Schools; and who will wish to become fully
involved with both pastoral care and co-curricular activity within the school. Previous overseas
experience is not essential. However, the desire to work in a genuinely international community is.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Accountable to : Head of Boarding/Director of Sport
REQUIREMENTS
We are seeking to employ two (2) dynamic and enthusiastic Graduate Assistants to support the Boarding
House and Physical Education faculty. The programme is designed to provide each Graduate Assistant
with a holistic and valuable experience in an international school with a boarding operation. He/She
must be a holder of a Bachelor’s degree in related field, able to relate to and work well with children,
has strong interpersonal skills, mature and committed.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
The role will include leading sports for students which include Swimming, Tennis, Netball, Football,
Basketball, etc. The role will also include involvement in CCAs and weekend activities for full boarding
students.
Furthermore, we expect Graduate Assistants to fully commit to the holistic ethos of the school and to
contribute toward the development of our whole school aims; Thinking Skills, Language, Active
Engagement, Leadership, Participation and Integration
