TEFL Teachers are Required in Turkey

Job Summary
We are offering full-time positions (approximately 28-30 hours per week) to teach General English, Conversational English, and private lessons mainly for adults and company clients.

Details of Position
UKLA ACADEMY Language Schools is seeking native speakers of English to teach General English programs in its new Campus in Bursa, starting in June, August or October 2020.

UKLA attributes its success and notable reputation to its well-qualified teaching staff and to its CORPUS BASED BLENDED SYSTEM.

UKLA teachers are assigned courses and course levels (CEF A1 to C1) based on their experience and skills. Considering the foreign teacher's educational background and preferences, they might be asked to teach at Young Learner Courses or ESP courses such as Business English, TOEFL or TOEIC classes.

Our adult students are professionals most of whom have university degrees in various fields. The majority of our students need to learn English for business, travel and academic purposes.

UKLA, putting the efficiency of the education first, never allows more than 12 students in a classroom and this makes classroom management easier; the teaching-learning process more efficient and classroom atmosphere livelier. It is standard for classrooms to have computers (coursebook software installed), projectors, internet access, and sound systems. UKLA has a conference room, a library, a computer lab and a drama room on its premises.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or equivalent certification
Fluent level English speakers.
A minimum of 1 year full-time EFL experience

The suitable candidate should be energetic, self-motivated, flexible and able to work as part of a team.
