About the Role

As a Secondary AEN Teacher, you will work within a well-established Student Support Services team, delivering tailored support that enables every learner to thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering targeted interventions for students with additional educational needs
  • Supporting inclusive teaching across the secondary curriculum
  • Developing and implementing individual education plans (IEPs)
  • Providing both small-group support and in-class intervention depending on student needs
  • Collaborating closely with teachers, counsellors, and families to ensure holistic student progress

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent

  • A collaborative approach and commitment to student wellbeing
