HR Manager – Education Sector (Immediate Start)

Location: Kuwait

Our client, a leading British International school in Kuwait, is seeking a highly capable and experienced HR Manager to join their team on an immediate basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished HR professional to step into a pivotal role within a dynamic educational environment.

The Role
As HR Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive HR function across the organisation. This will include:

• Managing all aspects of recruitment and onboarding for both academic and support staff.
• Ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
• Supporting leadership with employee relations, performance management, and professional development.
• Implementing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Overseeing payroll, benefits, and staff welfare initiatives.

The Candidate
The successful applicant will demonstrate:

• A proven track record in HR management, ideally within the education sector or an international setting.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• CIPD qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
