Online ESL Teacher (Digital Content Creator) Required

As our Online English (ESL) Teacher, your main duties would include:

Creating digital content (videos, short articles and images)
Coaching and giving student feedback
Meeting students online to discuss progress

The ideal candidate will be a…

• Native North American English Speaker with a standard accent (clear enunciation)
• Excellent communicator
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Understand that done is better than perfect
• Located in the Central US timezone (or able to consistently work during CST business hours from anywhere)
• Have a stable place to work from Monday-Friday with a reliable high-speed internet connection
• Experienced working with adult ESL learners and Business English programs
• Able to create digital content (video, short articles and images) without much technical assistance or coaching
• Feel aligned with the company’s mission and values
• The right person will love crossing items off of checklists, ensuring deadlines are met, and be passionate about helping English learners from all over the world reach success through fluency.

COMPENSATION & HOURS

$1,200/mo for approximately 15 hours of work per week (3 hours per day)
