Teacher - General Duties and Responsibilities:
As a dedicated professional, the individual will:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver purposeful lessons, encouraging innovation and varied teaching methods.
  • Mark work in alignment with departmental policies, providing constructive feedback and maintaining progress records.
  • Utilise Assessment for Learning strategies, personalizing the learning experience for all students.

  • Actively contribute to the co-curricular and sporting programs, embracing activities beyond regular hours.

Pastoral and Professional Duties:

  • Safeguard the well-being of students by managing behavior, maintaining order, and adhering to safety guidelines.
  • Fulfill pastoral duties as a form tutor if employed full-time.
  • Support the school's aims, adhere to policies, and actively engage in professional development.

Safeguarding:
