Teaching Abroad Direct is working in partnership with a highly respected British international school in Doha, Qatar, seeking an enthusiastic and talented Primary Music Teacher for an August 2026 start.

The Role

The school is looking for a teacher who can:

  • Deliver high-quality Music lessons across the Primary phase
  • Foster creativity, confidence and a love of performance in young learners
  • Lead choirs, assemblies, concerts and extra-curricular music activities
  • Support students from a wide range of international backgrounds
  • Create an engaging classroom environment where every child can thrive
  • Work collaboratively within a dynamic and supportive teaching team
     

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have:

  • A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, BEd or equivalent)
  • Experience teaching Primary Music within the British curriculum
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • A passion for creative arts education and student development
  • International school experience (desirable but not essential)
  • The ability to contribute positively to wider school life
