Primary Teacher – Dubai, UAE – Immediate Start

An established international school in Dubai is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Primary Teacher for an immediate start.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified primary teacher who is available at short notice and would like to join a highly international school offering the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP).

The Role

The successful candidate will join a collaborative primary teaching team and deliver engaging, high-quality learning within an inquiry-led curriculum.

The school's approach encourages children to ask questions, explore ideas and make meaningful connections between different areas of learning. Core skills in English, Mathematics and Science are combined with wider transdisciplinary learning, helping pupils develop academically while becoming confident, independent and curious learners.

Teachers are encouraged to create classrooms where children actively participate in their learning, develop critical-thinking and problem-solving skills and apply their knowledge to real-world situations.

Who Are We Looking For?

Applicants should have:

• A recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE with QTS, B.Ed or equivalent
• A relevant bachelor's degree
• Primary classroom teaching experience
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A creative and child-centred approach to teaching
• The ability to relocate and begin work in Dubai at short notice

Previous experience teaching the IB PYP would be particularly advantageous, although applications are also welcomed from strong primary teachers with experience of the British or another recognised international curriculum.
