Nursery Manager - Dubai 

GBP £2500 per month + Accommodation, flights & Medical Cover.

The Nursery Manager’s primary role is to manage the nursery’s continued success and profitability, ensuring the best possible application of standards across all functions and activity. Nursery Manager is the primary brand ambassador and key to the realization of the nursery’s mission. Nursery Manager will integrate with investors, co-workers, parents, suppliers, and all other stakeholders. Nursery Manager must operate with-in the processes defined with-in the standard operating processes and procedures, as outlined in the manuals, and in accordance with any instructions issued by the Managing Director. 

The Manager works with qualified nursery staff to develop an appropriate curriculum and ensure that it complies with state and federal requirements. Nursery Manager ensures that a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for the children is placed in the nursery and that the Swedish curriculum complies with the specific requirements of the Reggio Emilia philosophy. 

The Manager makes sure that the nursery’s physical facilities comply with local federal laws and is a safe and appropriate environment for children. The Manager must have knowledge of local federal laws regarding safety requirements and inspection and certification procedures, and ensure that the nursery complies with those requirements. The Nursery Manager also evaluates and purchases equipment and supplies for the nursery or approves requests to purchase materials and equipment.
