Teaching Abroad Direct is recruiting an outstanding Mathematics Lead Teacher on behalf of an innovative educational organisation in Dubai.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Maths specialist who is passionate about developing confident, capable young mathematicians within a highly personalised learning environment. The successful candidate will lead Mathematics teaching across primary and lower secondary age groups while playing a wider role in supporting students' academic and personal development.

Working with exceptionally small class sizes, you will have the opportunity to deliver truly individualised learning experiences, helping students develop deep conceptual understanding, mathematical reasoning and problem-solving skills.

The Role

The successful candidate will lead Mathematics provision across upper primary and lower secondary students, helping to shape curriculum delivery and ensure consistently high standards of teaching and learning.

This is not a traditional classroom role. The school places significant emphasis on personalised education, interdisciplinary learning and innovative teaching approaches that allow students to develop confidence, independence and a genuine love of learning.

• Mathematics teaching across primary and lower secondary phases

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an experienced educator who combines strong subject expertise with creativity, flexibility and a commitment to personalised learning.

Applicants should possess:

• A recognised teaching qualification
• A degree in Mathematics, Education or a related field
• At least 5 years' experience teaching Mathematics within primary and/or lower secondary settings
• Experience delivering international curricula such as the English National Curriculum, Cambridge or equivalent frameworks
• Strong understanding of mathematical reasoning, fluency and conceptual teaching approaches
• Experience differentiating learning for students of varying abilities
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A collaborative and reflective approach to teaching and learning
