Teaching Abroad Direct is seeking an experienced Kindergarten & Lower Primary Teacher for an exciting opportunity with a premium educational organisation in Dubai.

This position is ideal for a passionate Early Years or Key Stage 1 teacher who thrives on helping young learners build the foundations that will support future academic success. Working with children aged approximately 4–8 years, you will play a vital role in developing early literacy, phonics, numeracy, communication skills and independent learning habits.

The Role

The successful candidate will teach across Kindergarten and Lower Primary age groups, delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons that inspire young learners and support outstanding progress.

You will be responsible for helping children develop essential skills across:

• Early literacy and phonics
• Reading comprehension and vocabulary development
• Writing and communication skills
• Early mathematics and number sense
• Topic-based and interdisciplinary learning
• Social and emotional development
• Independent thinking and problem-solving

Teachers are encouraged to create engaging learning experiences that combine academic rigour with creativity, exploration and child-centred learning.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher who understands the importance of building strong foundations during the early years of education.

Applicants should possess:

A recognised teaching qualification
A degree in Education or a related field
At least 5 years' experience teaching Early Years, Kindergarten, Reception, Year 1 or Key Stage 1
Strong knowledge of the English National Curriculum and early learning frameworks
Experience teaching phonics, reading, writing and numeracy
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
A nurturing and positive approach to teaching young children
A commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences
