The Roles

High School English Teacher

The successful candidate will teach English Language and Literature across the High School phase, inspiring students to develop advanced reading, writing, analytical, and communication skills. Experience preparing students for AP, IB, or other advanced secondary programmes would be advantageous.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about literature, language acquisition, critical thinking, and fostering a love of reading amongst students from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Middle School English Teacher

The Middle School English Teacher will play a key role in developing students' literacy, communication, and critical thinking skills during these important formative years. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and creative lessons that encourage curiosity, discussion, and a lifelong appreciation of literature and language.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in English, English Literature, Linguistics, or a related subject
• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent)
• Minimum of two years' recent teaching experience
• Experience teaching an American Curriculum, IB, AP, British Curriculum, or other international curriculum would be advantageous
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality English education and promoting literacy
