Grade 1 & Grade 3 Primary Teachers – UAE – September 2026

An established international school in the United Arab Emirates is looking to appoint two Primary Teachers to join its team from September 2026, with vacancies currently available in Grade 1 and Grade 3.

Grade 1 & Grade 3 Vacancies

The school is looking for confident classroom practitioners who can create engaging, purposeful learning environments and build positive relationships with their pupils.

The Grade 1 position will suit a teacher with a strong understanding of early primary education and the transition from Early Years into more structured learning. Developing secure foundations in literacy, numeracy and independent learning will be particularly important.

For Grade 3, the successful teacher will build on those foundations, encouraging greater independence while continuing to develop pupils' core academic skills, confidence and curiosity.

Across both roles, teachers will be expected to plan effectively for different abilities, monitor individual progress and ensure that children feel both supported and appropriately challenged.

What We're Looking For

Applicants should have a recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE with QTS, B.Ed or equivalent, together with a relevant degree.

Previous experience teaching within the primary age range is required, and experience teaching Grade 1, Grade 3 or comparable Key Stage 1/Key Stage 2 year groups would be particularly useful.

The school is looking for teachers who can demonstrate:
